Just look for free themes available through google search and select any of them which you like most. Then upload it through any FTP client at your WP blog. You can upload plugins through FTP yourself. Its easy task to do. Anyway you can also search for person who can do this at nominal charge for you under B/S/T - > service section of this forums. DON.
