WordPress Expert needed to create website/blog Looking for someone with WP experience to create a blog that looks like these: http://www.nyccondos.com/ http://milwaukeehistory.com/ These are built using the Thematic theme with a Web 2.0 look and feel, and are pretty straightforward. These WP blogs do not look or feel like blogs at all, they look more like a site or CMS. I need a site that looks just like these. If you have WP experience this should be quite simple for you. You can use and modify any open source theme, so you do not have to start from scratch. I just want the end result to look as close as possible to the sites above. There are many free themes available with 2 columns on the right and room to insert adsense at the top. I have created these sites before, but I am not a graphics whiz, and I struggled with modifying WP, so I want someone who can do this better and more efficiently than I can. With my limited abilities, it took me about 2 hours to get to the point where I could add content.This is more of a job for someone with some graphic skills and who knows how to modify a WP theme rather than a professional graphic artist, but all are welcome to bid Here are my requirements: • As shown, the layouts should be the same so that the Adsense ads can go in the same places. • It should be easy for me to add my content as in the example sites above. I plan to add a small amount of content to each tabbed section, but I will update this content at regular intervals and it should be easy to do so. When I need to add pages, WP should automatically add a corresponding tab or button. I think this is the default anyhow • The adsense ads should be inserted using a plugin/widget preferably. • I will leave the choice of color to your discretion, but please use conservative colors, and avoid the heavy use of Red. However, Green, Blue, Brown, Purple, Yellow, Orange (and others) are all acceptable. • The site will not contain any links to you (unless we negotiate to do so) • The site will become my property in its entirety and you will have no rights to it whatsoever once payment has been issued. • You will not violate any copyrights or trademarks when creating this product Here are my responsibilities: • I will provide the name of the site (domain name) • I can provide a site with the default wordpress theme already installed and access to both the cPanel of the site as well as the credentials to the default WP installation • I will pay via Paypal immediately upon approved completion of each project I am looking to get a very competitive price on this (I have been paying 20 - 25 USD depending on if I need a header or not), and if this works out, this will be the beginning of a long-term business relationship. I had been working with a very talented designer/WP guy but unfortunately he is having some personal issues that prevent him from devoting the time he needs to his business. I plan on building 5 -10 of these sites per month to start, and then depending on their success, scaling up the number of monthly sites accordingly.
