Buying Wordpress Expert for small tweaks.

    I'm looking for a wordpress expert for small tweaks here and there. I would like the person to be avaliable via instant messaging (MSN,Skype) because the fixes are small and time sensitive. Most likely someone in the US would be best so there is no time difference.
