    Require Wordpress expert who can customize the Wordpress theme with Logo, Layout, Sidebar, Top menu bar, Footer etc. Must have done this kind of work before...

    Require direct people and no agencies, While contacting with PM message me the link to previous Wordpress themes... And also required a low budget person...
