I am using the Eos theme by SRS Solutions and I cannot figure out a way to add an excerpt to posts. I installed the Advanced Excerpt plugin but still no luck. Just now if I create a large post it just lists down the page and users have to scroll. I want to limit this to only 50 characters with a Read More... link.
if advance excerpt auto option is not working then you will have to edit the template and add it there manually
Sorry for the late reply. Where do I add the advanced excerpt code manually? I looked in the index.php for the get_content code but i couldn't find it. I am using the Mystique theme.
