wordpress error

    I need help with my wordpress powered blog.

    I downloaded all the files of wordpress and i also backed up the database because I was about to switch hosts.

    I reinstalled wordpress on my other host, uploaded the backup and now this error shows on the index of the site.


    How do i fix this ?

    P.S. The Admin Panel works perfectly and it shows all my old posts + plugins.
