Wordpress error - Call to undefined function wp_installing

    Hey,

    Im getting this error on my wordpress site :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_installing() in /home/northwes/public_html/prankshark.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1354

    Does anyone know what is going wrong?

    Usually this is caused by a missing file or files. If this is a fresh install you should try to re-upload the wordpress files.

    Did you try installing any updates/ plugins that might have caused it?

    If not as above.. refresh the wordpress files
