Wordpress "End Publishing"?

Hi,

I have question for someone more knowledgeable than me about Wordpress.

I know it's possible to delay a posting until a certain date by editing the "Publish immediately" setting found under "Publish" in admin...

Is it possible to "end publishing"? For example, if you are listing coupons with expiration dates, can you have admin delete them on a certain date?

Is there maybe a plugin for this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
