    To create a full fledged website did all the above described CMS are want to be used or Any one is enough???

    I also prefer Magento. But that's because I have an online shop.
    If you need a blog, I'd recommend you Wordpress.
    But that's not true that it's best for SEO. Each CMS needs plugins to make it more seo-frinedly.
    So I'd use this extension for Magento and this one for WP.
