Any word on Directory Press and its functionality? I was also looking at WPDirectory Pro. Luckily, I was unable to purchase it and since found multiple web posts on issues with support, downloading the product, etc after purchase. Its a shame because it truly looks like a great product and Ive seen it in use, and has all the options I was looking for. Perhaps a family emergency, I dont know. I also looked at Directory Press and it is solid, but almost looks too powerful. Does anyone know if DirectoryPress is installed as a plugin or a complete WP theme? Just looking for something to apply to the backend of an existing WP site...cheers!
I suggest trying a seperate directory install of wp eg domain.com/directory or use wp multisite and setup directory.domain.com just a thought Personally i have found nothing as reliabe as classipress though woothemes take on the directory looks like it is coming along too
