He took my money lied to me that he was going to finish the work but instead, ignore all of my emails and PM messages. I paid him the money in advance cause he had an emergency and this coward could not say that he did not how to do the work A dispute has been opened with paypal, any negative feed back from him through PM or email will be reported to paypal
