Buying Wordpress designer needed ASAP

    I have a wordpress site that has been extensively customized, and needs further additions.
    I will need someone that can do both psd to wp conversion and wordpress programming.
    (adding a column to a theme, rotating banner and video player)

    This is not the average wp template job.
