WordPress Designer/Coder Needed

    I need someone to theme wordpress so a friend of mine can post articles to her site. I need someone who can theme wordpress to look exactly like her site does currently (Plain HTML), and input the wordpress codes so the articles display correctly, like a blog post.

    Shouldn't be an overly hard project. A fresh version of WordPress is loaded and ready to be customized.

    Please send pricing to convert a current website into the WordPress system, and to input the codes. Please show samples of your work too.
