I need to do a redesign for my site and have a direction I want to go. I really like the design of http://www.blogperfume.com. I am trying to achieve something similar with some changes. I found a theme at http://cssace.com/free-wp-premium-theme-is-here/ that I think is close and only the sidebar, header, and footer would need to be changed. I am looking for someone who does a good job at a decent price. I am not trying to lowball but not drop a huge wad of cash either.
