So here is the big thing, We are looking for a wordpress designer. After scowering the internet and getting price quotes of 800-4000 dollars we are coming here to find someone we can take with us for our portfolio. Aso of right now we own a total of 5 sites we would like to get off the ground by the end of the summer. All of them are going to go the same route, and for someone who is a wordpress pro this will be easy money in your pockets. I am going to give you and example site of what we are looking for. All of our sites will be about the same basis, so if you can encode one great template we can do minor mods to switch it up for the other sites. www.failblog.org will be the base site. We will want some minor changes but for the most part that is what we are looking for. We are going to have polymedia doing all of our logos so that wont be an issue. The things we like about failblog is its straight forward and easy to use and navigate, from the social networking buttons below every post to the archives used by numbers at the bottom of the page its what ware going for. Another thing is we want to stand out from the crowd.... not be your average plain jane blog, our marketing guru will be putting on contests every month and we want to make people come back and compete. Like i said its a great oppurtunity to get repeat work, for some people it will be straight foreward and easy to do. Here is a few MUSTS: You must speak fluent english, No offense but if i am going to send you money you should be able to talk to me with ease. Second, Have a portfolio, we wanna see just how serious you are about your work. Third, Have an open mind, our sites are kinda off the wall but easy enough that it will make money for sure, and believe we will give credit for your work. Most important, have a phone, I know alot of people use skype and all of that, but if we are going to give someone the chance we want to be able to talk on the phone and communicate. Just the fact you know you are talking to the person on the phone is a huge plus. If we feel you fit our needs we will discuss the projects in detail via phone.
