WordPress Decoded Theme Editing?

    How to change decoded wordpress theme file footer.php , i want to remove footer links because its premium theme ( woo theme)

    If you pay for the theme then there is probably some instructions included on how to edit the footer links if removing or editing them are permitted by the themes author. These instructions are usually found in the premium themes membership site or a 'read me' file in the themes folder.
