Wordpress Database Problem Help Please

    hey just recently i'v been getting this problem in wordpress and i can't access my wordpress dashboard. It used to say database is in need of repair so i followed the instructions on how to repair the database by adding a line of code to wp-config.php and this is what i got....

    wp_users: Size of datafile is: 208 Should be: 112
    wp_usermeta: Size of datafile is: 2624 Should be: 1844
    wp_posts: Size of datafile is: 636828 Should be: 633596
    wp_links: Size of datafile is: 1548 Should be: 1224
    wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
    wp_postmeta: Size of datafile is: 49416 Should be: 47724
    wp_terms: Size of datafile is: 2224 Should be: 2168
    wp_term_taxonomy: Size of datafile is: 2440 Should be: 2408
    wp_term_relationships: Size of datafile is: 1806 Should be: 1659

    I'm not very good with online stuff so if anyone could help me fix this problem i would greatly appreciate it.

    Contact hosting support and ask them about your database backup.

    the problem is from your hosting company .. they screw your database ..

    Backup your Wordpress files, overwrite new Wordpress code to that folder.

    contact hosting support...
    TIPS : change wp_ prefix to something else... its easily hackable...

    First you should contact you hosting company and ask them to rebuild your website from a backup , remember when your websites was ok and ask for a backup from that period, reparairing a broken db is very hard, is better to restore it ;) If you need any help do let me know

    the best thing to do know would be to use a db backup plugin to keep a daily copy of your database incase it happens again.
