Wordpress Dashboard Help

Hello Experts,

What ever i'm going to ask it's may be unethical but i don't have any other options left. I want to remove "Thank you for creating with WordPress. | Documentation | Feedback" and Wordpress Logo from my dashboard. Kindly tell me how i can do it?

and also want to add some Global Notice on my dash board which can be visible from any part of my dash board.

I really need to remove it.

Why would you want to do that?
There is always an option - do not use WP for this purpose.

 

It's not unethical. People who run networks brand them with their own logos and information all of the time. If you uncomfortable editing core files you could try this or other plug ins:

why you remove that?
that text is not display on public... but just only on dasboard
