Wordpress customize need

    Hello
    I am sorry if I am posting in wrong forum.

    I am looking for some one to do the following thing:

    1.Customize wordpress to make it pull the rss news to one mof mysite.
    2.Adding google adsense to wordpress page.
    3.Customize wordpress skin

    My page is in Japanese languages but you do not need to know Japanese but you should know about charset.

    If you can do this for me please pm me with the details
