Wordpress custom tag plugin suggestion needed

    My WordPress sites tags function is not working because of my old theme so is there any WordPress plugin which is helpful in creating tags

    I've used Simple Tags on a number of my sites before...might be what you're looking for: http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-tags/
