I made a ticketing system using custom post types in Wordpress. There are two big issues I am having that I need corrected. The first is sending an email upon update/publish. There is a hook for this but apparently it doesnt like me. Also displaying the archive of the custom post types. The work will be done tomorrow and while we are both online chatting on Skype.
