Wordpress CPU Throttling problem

I am using bluehost to host my wordpress blog http://alfred.co.in/.Since the past two days I am experiencing extremely slow access to my site.

On contacting bluehost, they informed me that my site was being throttled. I havent changed anything to bring about this sudden change. When I asked them what needs to be done, I was told, this was not a educational service and that I need to use google to search WTF !

No info given on why or what process is doing this and they ask me to google about it.

What should I do to bring this under control. I have already tried repairing and optimizing my databases but it hasnt changed anything.

They told you to go research the problem on Google but yet...wouldn't explain what the problem is? Did they tell you it was a resource based issue? Have you had a sudden increase of visitors since this started? Using any plugins, as some of them sometimes cause issues with shared hosts (depending what hosts).

You could install a cache plugin as well, such as wp-cache...might help.

I have tried turning off almost all plugins, installed supercahce plugin to reduce CPU usage, turned of gzip compression, repaired and optimized all databases, still the same.

Number of people are the same as always around 8-10 online at any given time. No new plugins added. Why did this happen suddenly

Use any cacha plugin, and uninstall unused plugin. Avoid using many plugins.

Are you sure this is installed correct and working? I'm not getting the remark it generates in the outputted code.

When you look at the /cache directory, do you see files in there and do they have zipped content? (ie random characters like a zip file)
