WordPress Content Backup

I need help with backing up the content and files on WordPress. Any one has experience?
I found a few plugins, such as WP-DB-Backup and BackWPup. But I'm not sure which one is better and if there are any other applications (free or low cost) out there that allows me to back-up the content of my webpage easily?

You can use WP-DB-Backup. This one is free and good.
But best one is BackupBuddy. You can buy it from here: http://pluginbuddy.com/purchase/backupbuddy/

 

BackWPup is good. I use it on a few sites. You will probably have to create multiple backup jobs to backup all the data. DB in one, theme in another, etc. Doing them all in one job often fails.

It does a pretty good job of sending files to Dropbox. One of the best features of BackWPup.

 

I use the wp-db-backup plugin and have the backups emailed to me.

 

WP-DB-Backup emails your backups to you. You can also specify all the areas you want to back up. It's free and it works. I recommend it.
