Wordpress contact form question

    Ive got:
    Secure and Accessible PHP Contact Form v.2.0WP installed.

    This si a really daft question i know but how do i get a contact form on my site? Ive activated it but its nto there im guessing i have to add some code to a apge or something but i dont know.

    Can anyone help?
