Wordpress Comments on Main Page

Hello All,

Is there a way for users to comment on the entire blog instead of each post and have this comment section displayed on the main page.

Examples:

HubPages(http://hubpages.com/hub/How_To_Make_Money_With_Hubpages) or Squidoo (http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-make-money-with-squidoo)

You can create templates for a page and make it do pretty much whatever you want;

So in this case you could have all the posts appear, and then have a comment box at the end.

 

Or you can use a popularity plug in and display comments and popular posts in the sidebar.
