My wordpress comments aren't working on several blogs, since implementing the WWW Redirect plugin. Disabling the plugin isn't an option, b/c the standard 301 redirects caused even more problems in the htaccess file previously. What happens is that when someone tries to post a comment they're taken to a blank white page, and nothing ever processes. Any advice? Thanks! Jenn
Have you tried contacting the plugin owner Jenn? Rather than using the plugin, can't you manually create the 301 redirects in the .htaccess file?
No, doing it manually caused even more problems... still disabled comments and made other plugins not work (this www-redirect one isn't letting the dagondesign form mailer plugin work either), but it also screwed up the blog login and made new posts vanish (and it wasn't theme-related or anything, b/c it was doing it to 5-6 blogs). I'll try contacting the plugin owner tomorrow.
I had a similar problem with one plugin, and I contacted the owner, and he fixed the problems for me. If they know it's causing problems with other popular plugins they are usually appreciative.
It may the cookies problem sister! Cache out the cookies of your browser then try. I hope it will work
