Hello DP'ers, I read about wordpress comments that if pagination enabled then it creates double content and its bad for seo. etc: With pagination comment link looks like this: site.com/blogpost/comment-page-1/#comment-1425 Then comment appears on site.com/blogpost/ and on site.com/blogpost/comment-page-1/ Without pagination i think like this: site.com/blogpost/#comment-1425 and comment appears only on site.com/blogpost/ Though those posts about double content i found were ~2 years old, i wonder if there things are changed or still is good to avoid pagination? Thank you for your thoughts in advance! Please advise, i need to tidy up comments in some way (with pagination enabled would be great) but do not want to hurt seo in anyway : )
Im talking about my own Wordpress blog settings, not about posting links to other blogs. About comment pagination option, to be exact.
@Stellaandreapark, welcome If you will google this question about wordress comment pagination issue, and you will came up with various topics about it. The main strange thing for me is that the wordpress is the top blog platform and how it could give such disadvantage for its countless users (expecially when i think pagination is set up by default). I just jope that google knows the thing and handle this in the right way :/
