I'm a part time blogger. I'm thinking to use WordPress.com pro or WordPress.org. So can you guys please tell me what is the easy to use without any hassle, better SEO friendly and plug-in installable, mobile site and custom theme available WordPress platform. I read some blog post regarding different between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, but all of them are mention WordPress.org free version, no one write a comparison WordPress.org with .com pro version.

WordPress pro upgrade site mention pro user available these additional features "Domain Name & Mapping, 10GB Space Upgrade, No Ads, Custom Design, VideoPress". But not mention anything about plug-in and mobile site (in here).:mad:

I have no idea about HTML, Java, CSS, PHP etc web designing languages, so i think WordPress.org is better for me. Am i correct or incorrect. Also I have less knowledge about self hosting server maintain. Yes I can hire someone for setup self hosting site and WordPress site, but I can't hire someone to daily maintain hosting server and WordPress sites (should i daily maintain WordPress site and its hosting server?).

The main reason that i want to move WordPress from the blogger is enable AdSense optimized mobile site and improve the SEO. Blogger mobile site not allow me to edit its mobile template as I want for add AdSense code (I need to put AdSense code under the post title and end of the post title in mobile site).

    Thanks!

Find a web host who will pre-install Wordpress for you, or just go with Wordpress' hosting options. From then, you can customize Wordpress to your likes. Maintaining hosting is probably beyond your reach, so I would stick to a shared hosting account with a provider of your choice.
