Wordpress Coding

    From PSD/Sliced to XHTML/CSS each $20
    FROM XHTML/CSS to Wordpress each $20

    Looking for someone who can complete work in max 2 days, and who can make necessary changes/additions when some elements of design are missing.
    Payment on completion of Job.
    XHTML/CSS must be valid.
    Wordpress must be fully functional with pages/single/index all working, prefer if you know the limitations and possibilities of wordpress features.

    Why in the hell is it so hard to find a reliable and efficient coder?

    PSD to XHTML, i can do for $20.
    But it is pretty low for a WP Theme.
