Buying Wordpress Coding: contest engine (or plugin)

We have another project that requires solid working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and Wordpress.

What we're looking for is a contest engine or plugin for wordpress. Below is a short list of requirements, an in depth document has been written and will be provided to the right coder.

Contests are on a per post basis, not per page. Each "contest" post will consist of images, a prize description and buttons (register, login, enter contest). If the user does not have an account, they will see a set of two buttons beneath the prize desc, one to login and one to register. They'll need to register to enter the contest and the registration form MUST include a field for their shipping address.

If the user is registered but not logged in, they too will see the same two buttons that the unregistered user saw, only instead of clicking register, they simply click login and login using their email address and password. Once logged in they shold be redirected back to the "contest post" previously on and then given the opportunity to enter the contest by clicking a button.

We will also need to track the entries on a per post basis so that winners can be selected. I'm going to lean on the coder to come up w/the best solution for tracking entries. I'm sure there's more than one way to accomplish the task...just some better than others.

That's the bulk of the project. And it's also slightly time sensitive. We don't need it tomorrow but we do need it as soon as possible. (within 2 weeks)
