Wordpress Coder Needed !!!!!

I am designer...
I used to have a wordpress coder who used to convert my PSDs to wordpress templates but is not replying to my emails at present
So am looking for someone to replace him.

I need someone who will convert the PSDs i make into wordpress templates

we are not talking about 1-2 but a whole lot.... (if things work out - meaning the person does a god job)
also this will be a permanent thing since i dont want to keep changing or searching....
so am looking for good cheap rates and a reliable person.......
