Wordpress Coder Needed - Simple Problem

    My site www.ApplyForCarLoans.net shows up correctly in Firefox, but sidebar is messed up in IE and also a tag shows up in the second post.

    I'm not really in wordpress but I know my way in xhtml/css & php so I don't think it might be such a big problem. All my sites I have made are working 100% in FF, IE7 & IE6.
