We are looking for a regular go-to guy or team that can do modifications to existing wordpress templates, add components to wordpress templates (sign-in forms, sliders, movie players, etc.), and can create wordpress themes from scratch or wireframe. We don't really model out themes in PSD, so we don't really need a slicer. We have a small team and have been developing the themes ourselves, but it's too time consuming for us--besides, the themes we create are never as good as the ones on ThemeForest.
