Wordpress CMS Theme Experience

I'm looking for opinions and suggestions for Wordpress CMS themes.

I've looked a "Revolution" and the variations. My concern is I will not be able to create enough "Categories" with this theme to port over an existing large static site that has about 30 different categories.

I've looked at Semiologic and I think the structure and plug ins all pre packaged are amazing. But the themes themselves look less than professional.

Any suggestions on a good working CMS type theme for Wordpress?

I'd use Joomla, but for this site I'd really like to add new articles each day without the hassle of incorporating a blog into Joomla.

There are some great custom Wordpress themes for sale here in the marketplace. I am after buying several and am very pleased with the results.

I can work around to twist your theme as you want that, or make you a custom theme. Also, right now I am working on redesigning a semiologic theme. After I finish that I can show it to you and you than let me know. What do you think?
