Wordpress cforms question

    When updating cforms within Plugin Management it says:

    NOTE BEFORE UPDATING: Backup *any* custom files you don't wan't to be overwritten by the AUTO-UPDATE feature of Wordpress (or leave them in your plugins/cforms-custom/ dir)!

    I want to do the update, do i need to worry about anything being affected?

    All ive done is setup a basic form with it.

    If you haven't modified this plugin -that is, hacked its code to customize it or add/change its functionality- then you don't need to worry about this notice.
