WordPress Category To SMS Message

    I have looked around but didn't find anything that does exactly this. Anyone ever see something that will send an alert via SMS (text) message -- cell phone anything a new post is made in a certain category in Wordpress?

    I thought that would be pretty cool. If anyone knows of anything like that please let me know.

    The idea is definately good. The only thing is that it will be hard to get everyone's cell phone numbers. At the same, a link to the mobile version of the new post will be interesting to many.

    I hear you, I think it would have to be opt in obviously. They click a link and provide the info. That is why it would be great if it worked by category. People could subscribe just for one category (or more if they wanted).
