Wordpress: Category Rating

I was wondering if you guys knew where i would be able to download cat_rating or a rating plugin that work on category page.

Scroll down and you will see the rating plugin: I view the source and it was called cat_rating.

No dice, Either of those can acually rate the archive page/category page itself.

No dice, but I viewed zomganime source and it says, cat_rating, so that the plugin name i assume
