Wordpress category and tag slug problem help needed urgent

    Category link is
    abc.com/category/seo
    tag link is
    abc.com/tag/seo-2

    But i want both one same i see in so many blog both link are look like this

    abc.com/category/seo

    abc.com/tag/seo

    I want to do same.
    so please tell me how to do that.
