Hello everyone, I've upgraded my wordpress successfully except for one thing... The categories disappeared... to be more clear, they are there but their names are invisible in the dashboard... can also see the posts assigned to them, but the category name and ID is just invisible... When trying to view them directly via visiting their links (category addresses) they are missing... gives an error message...
Check your permalinks settings to be sure those have not changed, particularly for the Category Base setting.
Category base and tag base are not touched... left them as they were, blank, so the default will be used... Think this is how it was in my old version....
