Wordpress can't connect to windows live writer Iam using WordPress 4.3.1 and tried to connect WLW.

    Iam using WordPress 4.3.1 and tried to connect WLW.

    XML-RPC functionality is turned on by default since WordPress 3.5. So no need to enable it from admin.right? i can't see any option in admin area

    I have tried the following solutions

    1). Tried byDiabled mod_security

    2). Tried by Switch to the WP default theme

    3). Tried by Deactivating all plugins,

    4). Tried by installing Fresch copy of WP

    But nothing was helpfull.

    I am getting a error message like the screenshot when i tried to conect WLW

    Hello there;

    I think the problem is from the WLW not Wordpress.. Most users got this solved by deleting the Browser cache and adding the wrire connection setting on them browsers.. so look in your browser settings...

    Thanks you.

    I already Fixed by removing the custom php.ini file

    Also we can fix by renaming xmlrpc.php to wp-xmlrpc.php
