Hello everyone, I would like to start building a few blogs, which by the way will be monetized exclusively with Google Adsense. Now with that said, what do I have to add to the blogs to make them compliant with Google & the FTC? I have already created a privacy policy (which includes the info about the DART cookie that Google uses). Other then a privacy policy, and a terms of use page, what else do I have to add in order to comply with FTC regulations? Thanks in advance, Gordon
If I'm not mistaken, the FTC requirements are related to sites selling affiliate products, not sites with AdSense. People were promoting products which they hadn't used with fake reviews, and the FTC started to crack down on that. If all you are using the blogs for is AdSense and you have a Privacy Policy, you should be fine.
