I've created content online for the past 15 years. However, I used Godaddy as a service provider most the most part. I decided to join Wordpress two years ago, and I love it. But I'm having a hard time figuring out a few SEO elements in Wordpress. The first thing i'm trying to understand is the use of blogroll links for search engine optimization. Basically, how and why should you use them. Secondly, should you use the no index and no follow for tags and categories? I know these are pretty basic questions. But I could surely use the help.
