When somebody on a wordpress.com uses '' hydrogen powered cars '' as a category for their posts, all the posts in that category are shown in wordpress.com/tag/keyword. The only way for you to show up there is to open a blog at wordpress.com and post an article with that keyword as your category/tag. Look at the Obama tag for instance- http://wordpress.com/tag/barack-obama/
If you have your own blog then create a post with same keywords and post its title using those keywords again. I am sure this will help you a lot.
