Wordpress Blog with many authors

Hi,

I am looking to setup a Wordpress blog where anyone can register and post an article. I will review all articles before submission.

I have seen a couple of sites which have this feature such as boosh articles.

Could anyone tell me which plugins and configuration is required to achieve this?

I am creating a blog site rather than an article directory but the backend should be the same.
