    Why do you need a design for now and you will need to re-design in the future? Try out premium themes. Doing some tweaks and I think they can help :). The important thing is you can do some customization to refresh your blog in the future.

    redesign to existing blog is good idea not bad. But if you go for new one that much be better now you can create the new design with fresh and new ideas that will be more futuristic and go with long . you can Google it and got very good companies or freelancer for this.
