    Just a quick question. I am just starting to create a blog and I wanted to put it to google analytics to see my site's performance. Just wanna ask how to put a sitemap to analytics and the code to the wordpress blog?

    hi karengalgo , if you want to use sitemap for your website then first you have to go to download sitemap plugin for wordpress here is the link
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/

    when you will download this just install and activate in your wordpress website..

    Next step you have to create two files one is sitemap.xml and second is sitemap.xml.gz

    when you will create this two files just upload on your website root folder from any software like ftp ,cute ftp..

    then go to wp-admin on your wordpress and sitemap settings and click in generate sitemap..and enjoy your sitemap like this

    http://www.newmobileszone.com/sitemap.xml

    You can also use WPSEO by Yoast which covers seo management of your site and generate Sitemap at the same time. Your sitemap will be like this http://wptidbits.com/sitemap_index.xml. Simply they will be categorized by type and google webmaster tools also recognize this kind of categorization sitemap.
