Selling WordPress Blog PR1 Urgent

Blog traffic is quite low since the blog has not been updated for months but are mostly US traffic (60%), the site is hosted on Bluehost. Just being honest here.
These are all unique content 100% copyscape passed and has last year's American Idol related posts which can be spun and relinked because they are relevant today. I just have one paid post to it for 5$, nothing else. Most posts are about current events like H1N1, Global warming, American idol, Barack Obama, Susan Boyle during her audition etc. all 24 posts.

This site is not banned by Google and runs Adsense although it's not earning with Adsense but you are guaranteed that it's Adsense friendly.

Traffic could be improved overtime, not banned by Google, with PR. You can keep the Thesis customizations and the Theme if you want but you can't have access to the forums.
