Wordpress Blog Page (Pls help)

    Hi everyone! Can someone please help me;

    I created a Blog Page on Wordpress website though how can I make it totally different from other pages? Like I just want to put opt-in form or column only on the Blog page and the other pages won't change.

    To add pop up, use super pop up plugin, its free.
