Wordpress blog monthly traffic more then 150 according to google analytics

i am selling a mobile blog www.mobiddl.com having more then 150 visitors per day from google analytics.
80% organic traffic
first or 2nd page ranking in different keywords
earning is about 10cents from google adsense per day
securities and seo plugins installed
domain is at name cheap
mostly traffic is from usa
1 and half year old domain
price is 100$ i will sell it if i find good price otherwise i will not because the buyer will not get any lost after purchasing this site if he update it in a week twice.
i am selling it because i don't have time to update it if the buyer can spent some time updating it he can earn good.
