I think Kontera is the top one, but I don't really recommend this for monetizing blog. Earnings wont be high. Better try affiliate program or adsense with smart placement
Hi again, im back with report, COntera removed because of low comissions, i also have low PR sites so its the result. I agree with kalseo: better targeted affilaite and Adsense. The one i ahve also tried is backlinksgenius
if you have good website and good high amount of traffic and can get adsense account than you should try adsense otherwise there are so many cpm or text / cpv network but almost everyone has the same kinda of rates, so you should try one who has good review and recommendation and see which one works good for you
